Piatti light – Gratin di verdure

Ingredienti per 4 persone: 500 g di patate tagliate a fettine spesse 3 mm, 500 g pomodori, tagliati a rondelle spesse 3 mm, 250 g di melanzane, tagliate a rondelle spesse 3 mm, olio di oliva, 4 fette di pancarrè, timo,
sale e pepe q.b.
Preparazione: mettete un po’ di olio una pirofila rotonda e sistematevi le fettine di verdure disponendole a spirale e alternando i colori. Passate al mixer il pan carré in modo da ottenere del pangrattato non troppo fine che mescolerete con il timo, il sale, il pepe ed impasterete con l’olio. Sbriciolate sulle verdure quest’impasto di pane e infornate
a 200 gadi per circa mezz’ora.
